Active break

At the beginning of April, two of our colleagues revisited the “active break.” As in previous years, we meet every Wednesday after the breakfast break for about 10-15 minutes and, under the guidance of our colleagues, do simple easing exercises in the fresh air. In this way, we try to prevent tension due to one-sided posture strain in the workplace. There’s always music to that. In the future, we would also like to develop further projects on the topic of “company health.”
