Just a few meters away from our at Leopold-Hoesch Street 6-8, a new building for GWS Tech has been being built since the beginning of September.

From September 25th to 28th, AS Tech and GWS Tech presented themselves together at WindEnergy Hamburg. One of the largest international wind fairs took place for the third time this year. Our colleagues were able to report on many new products and interesting conversations.

This year’s Summer Festival took place on August 31. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of AS Tech and the 10th anniversary of GWS Tech this year, the families of the employees were invited in addition to all colleagues.

As part of our long-term project “Corporate Health,” it should not remain with the already successful active break. That is why two of our colleagues sat down with the Barmer health insurance.

On June 20th, colleagues from the Technical departement were at ADAC driving safety training in Grevenbroich. The Driving Safety Centre in Grevenbroich opened in 2005 and is the largest and most modern driving safety centre in North Rhine-Westphalia.

At the beginning of April, two of our colleagues revisited the “active break.” As in previous years, we meet every Wednesday after the breakfast break for about 10-15 minutes and, under the guidance of our colleagues, do simple easing exercises in the fresh air.

In the period from 21st to 22nd February, we presented ourselves at the Maintenance trade fair in Dortmund, the leading trade fair for industrial maintenance. With a bag of popcorn, visitors at our booth were able to look forward to expert advice and the re-presentation of our products.

On February 20th and 21st, our colleagues visited the METAV in Düsseldorf. The fair is an international trade fair for metalworking technologies.
