1997	Foundation of the GmbH by Mr. Arndt Schlösser and Mrs. Gabi Wego in Geilenkirchen
2000	Purchase of a property with a production area of 100 m² (Leopold-Hoesch-Straße, Geilenkirchen), simultaneous establishment of in-house manufacturing
2003	Expansion of production and construction of a new administration building totaling 600 m², along with the relocation of the company headquarters to Leopold-Hoesch-Straße
2007	Foundation of GWS Tech Service GmbH by Mr. Dipl. Ing. Christoph Graf, Mrs. Gabi Wego and Mr. Arndt Schlösser
2007	Expansion of the production area with a usable space of approx. 900 m²
2009	Establishment of a US subsidiary in Lake Zurich, AS Tech Americas, Inc., known as ATA
2011	Expansion of the existing usable space to a total of 2,000 m² of administration and production area
2013	Expansion of the sales network
2016	Expansion and restructuring of sales
2017	Foundation of AS Tech Trading GmbH by Mr. Philipp Schlösser, Mr. Arndt Schlösser and Mrs. Julia Schlösser
2018	Mrs. Wego sells her shares to Mrs. Julia Schlösser and Mr. Philipp Schlösser and leaves the company. Mr. Philipp Schlösser takes over as Head of Production. Mrs. Julia Schlösser is appointed to the management board and assumes the role of Commercial Director.
2019	Expansion of the machine park with a turning and milling center by Mazak
2019	Mr. Philipp Schlösser also joins the management board and assumes technical management together with Mr. Arndt Schlösser
2021	Expansion of production and storage capacity by 2,500 m², on a total area of 10,000 m² in Geilenkirchen-Niederheid
2022	The founder of AS Tech Industrie- und Spannhydraulik GmbH, Mr. Arndt Schlösser, retires and steps down from the management board. Mrs. Julia Füßer and Mr. Philipp Schlösser thus assume sole management of the company.
2023	AS Tech GmbH celebrates its 25th anniversary since commencing business operations in 1998
